Our founder Andre Little has been making home buying dreams come true for nearly 31 years. Like many of the people that we help find financial security through their homes, we too come from humble beginnings. In 1991, Loan Trust began in a small suburb of Upper Marlboro, MD in an even smaller office suite. Since then, also like many of those we help find financial security, our standing has improved dramatically.
We are grateful to every one of our borrowers who have allowed us to grow our lending potential over the last two decades.
